The History of Arbor Culture
Arboriculture has been a part of my life since I was 17, when I first started working outdoors and was drawn to the physical nature of the job and the strong team environment. What started as a job quickly became a career I genuinely love.
I completed my Certificate III in Arboriculture at Capel Manor College in North London in 2005 and began my career working on Royal Gardens and conservation sites across Central London. Early on, I learned from experienced climbers and developed a strong appreciation for proper tree care, safe work practices, and attention to detail.
Since then, I’ve worked in Brisbane and have spent the last 10 years in Perth, building experience across technical removals, large eucalyptus trees, council street tree maintenance, commercial and residential pruning.
Over the years, my passion and respect for trees has only grown stronger. I enjoy the balance of technical skill, problem-solving, and creativity that arboriculture involves. No two jobs are ever the same, whether it’s safely removing a large tree or carefully pruning one to improve its health, structure, and appearance.
At Arbor Culture, I pride myself on being reliable, approachable, and honest with clients. I enjoy working closely with customers to find the right solution and take pride in leaving every site clean, safe, and tidy when the job’s done.
Perth has been home for the last decade and I’m proud to now service local homes and businesses across WA.
